With the Owls on the brink of joining the cellar of the American Athletic Conference standings, freshman Quinton Rose and the Temple Owls went on a second-half surge to secure their first conference road win at Tulane 79-71. Temple Theaters Presents “Reggie Hoops”

Kristoffer Diaz, a Pulitzer-Prize nominated playwright, is the first-ever recipient of Temple’s Playwright Residency Program. Through this program, Diaz collaborated with students and professors from Temple’s theater department and wrote a full-length play with the student artists in mind. Owls Fall to Houston 79-66

The road woes continued for Temple Saturday night as they were defeated by the Houston Cougars 79-66. The Owls trailed early and often throughout the contest. The only Temple lead came when Obi Enechionyia knocked down a three pointer on the Owls’ first possession to make it 3-0, but Houston controlled the rest of the night behind huge games from Rob Gray and Damyean Dotson.
