Trump Elected the 45th President of the United States

Donald Trump will be the 45th President of the United States. The Republican candidate made his acceptance speech around 3 am Wednesday from New York, taking the stage alongside running mate Mike Pence, wife Melania, and his five children. The President Elect said he spoke with Secretary Clinton prior to taking the stage, and congratulated his opponent on a congratulated her and her family on a “very, very hard-fought campaign.” He went on to thank those who have supported his campaign, saying that the next step is to unite the country.
